The service

NCLC French provides practice tests, study materials and AI-generated feedback to help you prepare for the TCF Canada.

NCLC French is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to France Éducation international, CCI Paris Île-de-France or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Practice content is original and modelled on the public exam format; it does not contain real exam questions.

Estimates, not official results

Scores, NCLC levels and AI feedback are estimates for practice. They are not official results and do not guarantee any score on the real exam or the outcome of any immigration or citizenship application.

Immigration rules change. Always confirm current requirements on canada.ca before you apply.

Your account

Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don’t share accounts or misuse the service (for example scraping content or overloading the AI features).

Your use of the AI writing feedback and AI speaking examiner must follow our acceptable use policy, which explains what you may not submit (including sexually explicit or NSFW content) and what happens if you do.

Paid plans

Premium (monthly) renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Exam Sprint is a single payment for three months of Premium. It does not renew and nothing is charged afterwards.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments or Creem, which acts as the merchant of record: it charges your card, issues your receipt and handles sales tax. Its name may appear on your card statement instead of ours.

Our 14-day refund guarantee on Premium applies as described on the pricing page. To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the payment; the refund goes back to the original payment method and your Premium access ends when it is issued.

Content

All practice content, audio and software belong to NCLC French or its licensors. You may use them for your own preparation only.

You keep ownership of the answers you write or speak. You allow us to process them to provide feedback.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, NCLC French is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of practice estimates.
